Overview
In Bogotá – Colombia we are seeking a Lead Designer who will be pivotal in driving the creative direction of our brand across multiple platforms. This role involves leading a multidisciplinary creative team to produce high-quality visual content that aligns with our brand’s vision and strategic goals. The Lead Designer will provide mentorship,



manage design projects, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure cohesive brand representation.
Responsibilities
Lead and inspire the design team to develop outstanding visual concepts for brand campaigns, product launches, and diverse digital and print media channels.
Ensure consistent visual identity across all creative outputs, adhering to brand guidelines and maintaining design excellence.
Supervise design projects from initial concept to final execution, ensuring deadlines and quality standards are met.
Facilitate design reviews and provide constructive feedback to enhance team performance and creative output.
Stay updated with the latest design trends and tools to ensure the team’s creative outputs remain innovative and competitive.
Collaborate closely with marketing, content, and development teams to align design concepts with strategic project goals.
