Overview
The project manager will be responsible for complex and long duration projects to deliver operational business solutions to clients as well as supporting with ongoing management of senior stakeholder communities within the Publicis Groupe network.



Key project delivery responsibilities include oversight of full project lifecycle from inception to implementation to delivery with the ability to manage multiple project tracks and teams. The Project Manager will participate in the estimation, risk and resolution, status reporting process, and ensure that the team meets their commitments.

• Establish positive, trust-based relationships with Offshore and Onshore team members
• Effectively prioritize their own tasks
• Own the creation of documentation of projects and present improvement ideas
• Participate actively in team meetings aiding in tasks estimations and provide accurate risks assessments.
• Proactively participate in knowledge transfer and ramp up of new team members
• Manage difficult situations by proactively seeking solutions within the team
• Proactively seek feedback and create action plans based on it.
• Own their tasks and their impact within their account.
