We are seeking a Spanish Bilingual Legal Intake Specialist – Weekend Shift to support client intake operations for established U.S.



law firms specializing in personal injury cases.
This role requires strong communication skills, excellent attention to detail, and the ability to assess potential cases efficiently and professionally. You will serve as an important first point of contact for prospective clients, helping gather accurate information, evaluate case eligibility, and support a smooth intake process.
The position offers flexible scheduling options, including weekend 8-hour shifts and potential additional weekday hours.
Key Responsibilities
Client Intake and Assessment
Answer new intake calls and follow up on pending leads promptly and professionally.
Conduct intake interviews in Spanish and English.
Document all relevant case details accurately and completely.
Evaluate and qualify potential personal injury cases based on the law firm’s intake criteria.
Provide a professional, empathetic, and client-focused experience during every interaction.
