About the Role

We are looking for an AI Platform Operations Support professional to help ensure our AI, Machine Learning, Data Products, and Enterprise Agents operate reliably, securely, and at scale.

In this role, you'll bridge AI delivery teams, Cloud Infrastructure, Security, Governance, and Business stakeholders to ensure AI solutions move smoothly from development into production while maintaining operational excellence.

What You'll Do

Support AI, Machine Learning, Data Products, and Enterprise Agents across development and production environments.

Monitor AI services, pipelines, applications, and deployed agents to ensure reliability and performance.

Troubleshoot production incidents, perform root cause analysis, and coordinate issue resolution.

Manage operational workflows for enterprise AI agent requests from intake through deployment.

Implement and maintain MLOps, Data Ops, Dev Ops, and Agent Ops operational practices.

Build and maintain monitoring dashboards, logging, telemetry, and observability solutions.

Track AI model performance, data quality, system health, and operational metrics.

Coordinate release readiness and production support for AI solutions.

Collaborate with AI Engineers, Data Scientists, Product Owners, Cloud Architects, Security, and Governance teams.

Support cloud governance, compliance, operational documentation, and continuous improvement initiatives.

What We're Looking For

Required Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Systems, Data Analytics,



or a related field (or equivalent experience).

5+ years of experience in one or more of the following:

Platform Operations

Dev Ops

MLOps

Data Ops

Cloud Operations

Enterprise Application Support

AI Operations

Experience supporting production AI, analytics, automation, or enterprise platforms.

Hands-on experience with Microsoft Azure and cloud services.

Experience working alongside Infrastructure, Security, Governance, and Enterprise IT teams.
