Digital Marketing Specialist

ROLE SUMMARY

GP Strategies is The Learning Velocity Company™ — a integral leader in workforce transformation, helping the world's largest organizations build capability and grow through their people. We're looking for a Digital Marketing Specialist to own our email marketing and HubSpot-driven campaigns, and bring our B2B paid media to life across LinkedIn and Google — working closely with the Digital Marketing & ABM Manager to drive pipeline and brand visibility for GP Strategies globally.

This is a great fit for someone who enjoys owning campaigns end-to-end, is comfortable working with data, and is motivated to keep learning and improving with every iteration.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

- Build and execute email marketing campaigns and nurture flows — from content coordination through deployment — using HubSpot Marketing Hub

- Own campaign execution in HubSpot: segmentation, workflows, asset assignment, and UTM tracking

- Plan, build, and manage B2B paid media campaigns, primarily across LinkedIn Ads and Google Ads (Search & Display), including conversion tracking setup

- Develop and optimize audience targeting, ad copy, and creative assets for each channel and persona

- Monitor campaign performance and deliver regular insights and recommendations to stakeholders

- Run A/B tests across ads and email campaigns, documenting learnings for continuous improvement

- Register and manage campaigns through our governance process — intake, approvals, and go-to-market (GTM) readiness checks

- Coordinate with content, creative, and web teams on landing pages and campaign-related assets

- Partner with RevOps /Marketing Ops on lead data quality, attribution,



and reporting

- Support ABM initiatives, including account targeting and campaign execution

QUALIFICATIONS

Required

- HubSpot Marketing Hub experience (intermediate level, 2–3+ years) — running email campaigns, segmentation, workflows, and asset management

- Hands-on experience managing paid campaigns on LinkedIn Ads and Google Ads, including conversion tracking setup, from setup through optimization

- Experience reporting on campaign performance using GA4 and Looker Studio (or similar tools)

- 3–5 years of hands-on experience in B2B paid media, demand generation, or digital marketing

- A data-driven mindset — comfortable making decisions from campaign performance, not instinct

- Advanced English (C1 or above), written and spoken, with strong B2B copywriting skills

- Ability to translate strategic messaging into campaign execution

- Bachelor's degree in Marketing , Business, Communications, or a related field

Preferred (nice to have)

- Experience marketing to enterprise B2B audiences with complex, longer sales cycles (SaaS, tech, professional services, or similar)

- Google Ads or LinkedIn Marketing Solutions certification

- Familiarity with Google Tag Manager or Power BI

- Experience with ABM platforms ( Demandbase , 6sense, Apollo.io, or similar)

- Experience supporting ABM programs or named-account campaigns

- Familiarity with AI tools for marketing optimization

- Exposure to data privacy or marketing compliance certification (IAPP CIPP/E, CIPM, or equivalent)
