We are looking for an experienced RTR Associate Manager to oversee Record to Report operations, ensuring high-quality service delivery, compliance with SLAs, and successful month-end close execution.

This role combines people leadership, process management, and continuous improvement initiatives, with a strong focus on standardization, automation, and operational excellence.

Key Responsibilities

- Lead and develop the RTR team, providing guidance, support, and performance oversight.
- Ensure timely and accurate execution of month-end close activities and financial reporting processes.
- Drive process improvements, standardization, and automation initiatives to increase efficiency and reduce costs.
- Manage team priorities, workload distribution, and adherence to service level agreements (SLAs).




- Analyze complex accounting and operational issues, identify root causes, and implement effective solutions.
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders and clients to align business requirements and deliver high-quality outcomes.
- Monitor project finances, operational metrics, and team performance to support business objectives.
- Foster a culture of continuous improvement, knowledge sharing, and professional development.

Requirements

- - More than 7 years of experience
- Bachelor's degree in accounting
- Strong knowledge of GAAP and a good understanding of controls, policies, compliance, and process efficiency
- Excellent analytical and time management skills
- Experience in leading and/or participating in meetings with clients
- Strong teamwork and customer support skills
- Advanced Excel and macro knowledge
- Knowledge of ERP SAP
- Functional expertise in different modules in SAP
- Experience in leading 20-30 people
- A high level of proficiency in English is required
