Hiring Now: CRM Leader (System Engineer) 2500 USD to 3000 USD

We are seeking a CRM Leader (With background in System Engineer) for a Miami-based agency with a diverse remote team of 70+ professionals dedicated to empowering Facility Management and Commercial Cleaning Businesses with digital marketing and lead generation solutions.

This position requirements:

- 3+ years of hands-on experience in CRM Administration/Architecture, with at least 1 year of advanced experience in GoHighLevel.
- Advanced knowledge of API integrations and webhooks.
- Knowledge in cold email tools such as: Instantly, Smartlead, Apollo
- Advanced english (B2-C1)

The mission is to move clients from satisfied to delighted with the services provided, thereby supporting the agency's overall growth and success.

Responsibilities:

- GHL Scalability: Oversee the health and structure of 50–60 sub-accounts. Audit multi-channel workflows (Email, SMS, Twilio/Ytel, Calendly, Instantly) and build high-level tracking dashboards for booked appointments and pipeline performance.




- Data Integrity & QA: Establish strict quality assurance protocols to minimize system errors, workflow breaks, or data discrepancies across all accounts.
- Testing & Launch Protocols: Develop and maintain rigorous pre-deployment QA standards to ensure all systems are free of bugs and broken triggers prior to delivery.
- Continuous Optimization: Conduct proactive audits of client environments to isolate workflow friction and lead the deployment of automated resolutions.
- Departmental Synchronization: Partner with Marketing and Sales directors to align lead attribution and pipeline management within the CRM ecosystems.
