Role Description
As a Commercial Financing and Reactivation Specialist, you will be responsible for reviving financing opportunities, guiding clients through the application process, and collaborating with internal teams to move each opportunity toward closing.

This role combines lead generation, client relationship management, and coordination of the financing workflow.

Key Responsibilities

- Reactivate previously funded clients.
- Re-engage with incomplete applications.
- Prospecting: Contact leads and maintain consistent outbound activity.
- Advisory: Consult with clients regarding their financing options.
- Terms & Conditions: Explain offer terms and conditions clearly to clients.
- Documentation:



Request and review financial documentation.
- Follow-up: Track and assist clients throughout the entire application process.
- CRM Management: Maintain accurate and up-to-date records in the CRM.

Compensation

- Guaranteed Base Salary: $3,500,000 COP.
- Commissions
- Full Benefits: Lendflow covers 100% of mandatory health and pension contributions.
