We are eagerly seeking a talented full-time real estate acquisitions specialist to join our real estate team. You will pursue new properties for the company to purchase for cash.

This position is remote in Colombia.

Compensation:

$14,560 - $20,800 (+ Commission on closed deals)

Responsibilities:

- Answer inbound calls for customers calling to receive cash or novation offers
- Identify high-equity, distressed, and opportunity-rich properties and qualify them to understand their motivation, timeline, and needs
- Master objection handling and confidently guide sellers toward the next steps
- Consistently fill the calendar with qualified appointments that convert into contracts
- Move leads through the pipeline with urgency and precision
- Maintain detailed CRM notes so every conversation builds momentum
- Execute multi-touch follow-up (calls, texts, emails) until a clear yes or no is achieved
- Track daily KPIs (calls, conversations, appointments set, contracts influenced)

Qualifications:





- Over 1 year of experience as a real estate specialist in real estate acquisitions, land acquisition, or real estate sales experience is preferred
- Must have exceptional written and verbal communication skills, and superior phone skills to set and close appointments
- Must be driven and passionate about real estate asset selling and goal-oriented
