The CPFR Specialist will act as a critical link between Opella, internal cross-functional teams, and Partner Markets distributors, driving Collaborative Planning, Forecasting and Replenishment practices to improve forecast accuracy, sell-in and sell-out visibility, inventory health, and end-to-end supply chain performance.
In this role, you will work with distributors across the Partner Markets cluster, including Central America, Venezuela, Peru, Bolivia, Chile, Uruguay, and Paraguay markets. You will support the implementation and maturity of the CPFR model by aligning sell-out projections, integrating market trends, historical demand, commercial and operational inputs, and providing supply visibility to anticipate risks, reduce inventory inefficiencies, increase fill rate, and strengthen collaborative planning between Opella and its distributor partners.

About the job:
The CPFR Specialist will act as a critical link between Opella, internal cross-functional teams, and Partner Markets distributors, driving Collaborative Planning, Forecasting and Replenishment practices to improve forecast accuracy, sell-in and sell-out visibility, inventory health, and end-to-end supply chain performance.
In this role, you will work with distributors across the Partner Markets cluster, including Central America, Venezuela, Peru, Bolivia, Chile, Uruguay, and Paraguay markets. You will support the implementation and maturity of the CPFR model by aligning sell-out projections, integrating market trends, historical demand, commercial and operational inputs, and providing supply visibility to anticipate risks, reduce inventory inefficiencies, increase fill rate, and strengthen collaborative planning between Opella and its distributor partners.
Main responsibilities:
- CPFR Implementation and Process Maturity: Support the deployment, expansion, and continuous improvement of the CPFR model with priority distributors, reinforcing a standardized cycle for collaborative planning across Partner Markets.
- Distributor Training and Core Model Adoption: Train and guide distributor teams to understand, adopt,
and adhere to the Opella core planning model, ensuring consistent CPFR routines, governance standards, data quality, and disciplined execution across markets.
- Forecast and Sell-Out Alignment: Align and challenge distributor sell-out projections by integrating market trends, historical demand, sales averages, statistical inputs, commercial intelligence, and operational insights.
- Supply Visibility and Risk Anticipation: Provide critical supply inputs, including constraints, recovery plans, replenishment capabilities, regulatory risks, and service disruptions, enabling early risk detection and aligned decision-making.
- KPI Governance and Performance Reviews: Lead regular reviews of MAPE, Forecast Accuracy, Sell-Out performance, SIT, fill rate, OTIF, inventory levels, and forecast adherence to identify root causes, define action plans, and track improvement.
- Internal and External Collaboration: Coordinate with Commercial, Marketing, Finance, Regulatory, Supply Chain, and distributor teams to improve pre-demand preparation, synchronize CPFR timelines with internal planning cycles, and ensure disciplined forecast submissions.
- Inventory Optimization and Exception Management: Support inventory health initiatives, including SIT adherence, MOQ optimization, obsolete stock mitigation, redeployment opportunities, and exception governance to reduce destruction risks and improve supply chain efficiency.
- Reporting, Insights and Continuous Improvement: Build and maintain data-driven reports and insights using planning systems and analytics tools, enabling fact-based decisions and continuous improvement of strategic supply chain KPIs.
About you:
- Education : Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Experience : 3+ years of experience in demand planning, supply planning, forecasting, IBP/S&OP;, CPFR, distributor management, or supply chain performance management, preferably in consumer healthcare, FMCG, or multinational environments.
- Languages: intermediate English level is a must

- Strong analytical mindset with the ability to translate data into clear insights, root-cause analysis, and action plans.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills to influence internal teams and distributor partners.
- Collaborative working style with the ability to build trust, drive transparency, and promote disciplined planning routines.
- High attention to detail, strong organizational skills, and ability to manage multiple markets, distributors, and timelines.
- Continuous improvement mindset, with the ability to identify process gaps and implement practical improvements in planning governance.
Technical Skills
- Relevant experience with Kinaxis, ERP systems, and planning tools.
- Advanced Excel, Power BI, and analytics capabilities to consolidate data, build dashboards, and generate actionable insights.
- Understanding of forecasting metrics and supply chain KPIs, including MAPE, Forecast Accuracy, Sell-Out performance, SIT, fill rate, OTIF, forecast adherence, inventory coverage, and destruction risk.
- Microsoft Office proficiency.
