Schedule: Mon-Fri 7:00 am to 3:30 pm PST (Los Angeles Time). Break 12:00 am to 12:30 pm PST.

Hourly Rate: USD$5.50 to USD$6.00 (depending on experience).

About the Position.

We are seeking a motivated, results-driven Telemarketer / Cold Calling Specialist to join our team and grow into a Business Development Representative role.

This position focuses on initiating sales opportunities with targeted clients, developing new business relationships, and expanding existing accounts. The adecuado candidate is confident, professional, and comfortable engaging prospects through cold calling and outbound outreach, while also supporting inbound inquiries when needed.

This is a full-time role (8 hours per day plus lunch break). Candidates must have a reliable computer, high-speed internet, and a quiet, distraction-free workspace.

Key Responsibilities.

· Prospect new clients through cold calling, networking, email outreach, referrals, and online research

· Meet or exceed agreed-upon cold-calling and outreach activity targets

· Identify opportunities to upsell and cross-sell additional services to existing customers





· Clearly and professionally explain company services to prospective and existing clients

· Build rapport with prospects by demonstrating a friendly, helpful, and consultative approach

· Provide support to both prospective and existing customers

· Handle inbound calls as required

· Respond to online inquiries and service requests

· Maintain accurate records by entering and updating data in the CRM system

· Stay informed about company services, offerings, and updates

· Learn from unsuccessful campaigns and contribute to continuous improvement efforts

· Provide constructive feedback to internal teams to improve overall customer experience.

Qualifications.

· Associate or bachelor's degree.

· Outstanding fluency in English (spoken and written)

· Strong verbal communication and persuasion skills

· Minimum of 2 years of experience in telemarketing and/or cold calling

· Proficient computer skills (Microsoft Office and Google Workspace)

· Previous experience using CRM systems

· Ability to start immediately or within a short timeframe.
