ABOUT THE ROLE:
NEI Sales Engine is a standalone US-based sales-as-a-service division of Nieto Engineering Inc. (est. 1992, 60+ AI products, 33 IP filings). We build dedicated sales teams that prospect, qualify, present, and close deals for outside client businesses.
You will sell FOR assigned client businesses — not sell our internal products. Full sales cycle: prospecting, qualification, discovery calls, demos, proposals, follow-up, and closing. This is NOT appointment setting — you CLOSE deals.
WHAT YOU WILL DO:
- Make outbound calls, send emails, and message prospects on behalf of assigned US client businesses Run full sales cycles: find prospects → qualify → book discovery calls → present → propose → close Maintain accurate CRM records (every call, every email, every deal status logged) Use AI tools (ChatGPT) to research prospects, draft emails, and prepare for calls Follow approved client scripts and messaging Attend weekly team coaching calls
REQUIREMENTS:
- 1+ year of B2B sales, outbound calling, or closing experience Fluent spoken AND written English required. Bilingual English/Spanish is a plus — you will call US business owners directly Clear phone voice with minimal accent Reliable computer, stable internet, headset, webcam, and quiet workspace Comfortable with Zoom, CRM software, email, and AI tools. Same time zone as US Eastern — full business hours availability. Self-motivated — commission-only, no micromanagement
