About the Role:

We’re looking for a Social Media Team Lead / Director to lead and scale our Meta Ads department, driving consistent performance across all client accounts.

In this role, you will own the Meta Ads strategy, systems, and operational framework—ensuring campaigns are executed with consistency, accuracy, and scalability. You will lead a team of specialists, enforce quality control standards, and continuously optimize performance to achieve key business metrics such as ROAS, CPL, and lead volume.

This is a highly strategic and systems-driven leadership role focused on performance, process optimization, and team development rather than hands-on campaign execution.

Key Responsibilities:

Team & Operations Management

- Lead and oversee the Meta Ads team, ensuring alignment, performance, and accountability.
- Mentor and develop team members into strong performance owners and pod leaders.
- Act as the escalation point for operational or performance-related challenges.
- Ensure team capacity, workload balance, and execution consistency across all accounts.

Strategy & Performance

- Define and oversee Meta Ads strategy to drive performance across all client accounts.
- Monitor and optimize key metrics such as ROAS, CPL, and lead volume.
- Lead experimentation frameworks, A/B testing, and performance initiatives.
- Translate performance insights into actionable improvements and scalable strategies.

Process & System Ownership

- Build, implement, and continuously improve SOPs, workflows, and execution frameworks.
- Establish and maintain standardized campaign structures, naming conventions, and reporting systems.
- Drive the transition toward automation and scalable campaign operations.
- Ensure all processes are documented, auditable, and consistently followed across the team.

Quality Control & Operational Excellence





- Own and enforce quality control frameworks across all Meta Ads activities.
- Conduct audits to ensure campaign accuracy, tracking integrity, and performance discipline.
- Identify recurring issues and implement systemic solutions through process improvements and training.
- Ensure all deliverables meet internal standards and client expectations.

Cross-Department Collaboration

- Collaborate with Sales, Analytics, Search, and Creative teams to align strategy and execution.
- Ensure smooth coordination between departments through structured processes and clear communication.
- Contribute to innovation initiatives, including new tools, automation, and performance systems.

Requirements:

- 5+ years of experience managing Meta Ads at scale.
- Strong leadership experience managing teams in performance marketing environments.
- Deep expertise in Meta Ads, campaign optimization, and paid social strategies.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to translate data into actionable insights.
- Experience building SOPs, workflows, and scalable operational systems.
- Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.

Nice to have:

- Experience in automotive or similar high-volume industries.
- Experience with tools such as BuyersBridge, LeadsBridge, or similar integrations.
- Background in automation and performance system implementation.
- Strong cross-functional collaboration experience.
