About the job:

As an AI Solutions Expert / Specialist, you will design, develop, and deploy artificial intelligence solutions that automate and optimize the end-to-end content lifecycle across a global self-care organization. Working at the intersection of AI engineering and content operations, you will help transform how content is created, managed, reviewed, and delivered across consumer and professional touchpoints.

You will play a key role in connecting innovative AI capabilities with business outcomes, building scalable solutions that improve content quality, operational efficiency, compliance, and speed to market. By partnering with teams across marketing, e-commerce, regulatory, medical, creative, and technology functions, you will help shape the future of AI-powered content experiences at Opella.

Main responsibilities:

- Design and deliver AI-powered solutions that automate content creation, adaptation, review, approval, and distribution across integral channels and markets.
- Build and maintain scalable applications using Microsoft Azure AI services, including generative AI, intelligent search, and document processing capabilities.




- Develop data pipelines and integrations that connect AI models with content platforms, enterprise systems, and delivery channels.
- Lead projects from proof of concept through production deployment, establishing reliable development, deployment, monitoring, and governance practices.
- Partner with stakeholders across marketing, e-commerce, regulatory, medical, creative, and technology teams to translate business needs into effective AI solutions.
- Evaluate emerging AI technologies and identify opportunities to enhance content workflows, productivity, and business performance.
- Promote responsible AI practices, ensuring high standards for data quality, content compliance, security, and brand integrity.

About you:

- Experience designing, building, and deploying AI or machine learning solutions that deliver measurable business value.
- Hands-on expertise with Microsoft Azure AI services and modern cloud-based application development.
- Strong programming skills in Python and experience developing scalable software, APIs, or data-driven applications.
- Experience working with large language models, retrieval-augmented generation (RAG), prompt engineering, or AI agent frameworks.




- Ability to collaborate effectively with technical and non-technical stakeholders and communicate complex ideas clearly.
- Experience establishing reliable engineering practices, including testing, deployment, monitoring, and continuous improvement.
- Professional proficiency in English.
