Technical Product & Engineering Specialist

We're looking for a Technical Product & Engineering Specialist to drive the technical direction of our logistics platform. This is a hands-on leadership role for someone who can solve complex engineering challenges, lead technical teams, and bridge the gap between product, operations, and customers.

What You'll Do

- Lead technical troubleshooting across our AWS serverless platform

- Debug, write, and deploy Node.js production code

- Design scalable solutions and improve system performance

- Lead engineering priorities, backlog, and technical execution

- Translate business needs into technical solutions

- Support customer integrations and resolve complex production issues

- Drive engineering best practices and release quality

What We're Looking For





- Strong experience with Node.js, JavaScript/TypeScript, and AWS Serverless

- Knowledge of Lambda, API Gateway, DynamoDB, EventBridge, and CloudWatch

- Experience leading engineering teams and reviewing code

- Excellent problem-solving, architecture, and API troubleshooting skills

- Advanced English with the ability to communicate with customers and executives

- Strong ownership mindset and ability to lead projects end-to-end

Nice to Have

- Experience in logistics, shipping, or last-mile technology

- Carrier API integrations, shipment tracking, or label generation

- React, SQL, analytics, or internal tools experience
