About the Role
First Choice is looking for a dynamic, sales-driven professional to build relationships and close deals with clients across the United States. This is a fully remote role — no travel required — adecuado for someone who can drive results through phone, video, and written communication. Your earning potential grows directly with your performance.

What You'll Do

- Represent First Choice professionally in sales conversations with U.S.-based clients
- Close deals and negotiate agreements
- Build and maintain strong, long-term client relationships
- Communicate confidently on both sales and healthcare/medical-field topics




- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth onboarding after deals close

Requirements

- Advanced English level (C1–C2), spoken and written
- Based in Colombia
- Strong sales background, with proven ability to close deals
- Working knowledge of the healthcare/medical field (or strong ability to learn quickly)
- Excellent interpersonal and negotiation skills
- Comfortable working independently in a fully remote environment
