We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented HR & Recruiting Assistant to support our Human Resources and Talent Acquisition operations. This role is ideal for someone with experience in recruitment coordination, onboarding, HR administration, and data management.

The idóneo candidate is highly organized, comfortable working with software platforms, and able to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities

- Source, screen, and contact candidates through internal databases and recruiting platforms
- Schedule and coordinate interviews with candidates and hiring managers
- Support onboarding activities and maintain employee documentation
- Take meeting notes and prepare internal summaries
- Assist with communication and coordination between departments
- Maintain accurate candidate and employee records within company systems
- Review and update information across HR and recruiting platforms
- Support recruitment initiatives, administrative tasks, and process improvements
- Perform data entry and ensure information accuracy

Requirements

- Previous experience in Human Resources, Recruitment,



Talent Acquisition, Onboarding, or Administrative Support
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Experience with data entry and database management
- Comfortable working with software platforms and online tools (Zoho experience is a plus)
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English and Spanish
- Ability to work independently, manage multiple priorities, and meet deadlines
- Experience in Project Coordination, Operations, or Marketing Administration is a plus

Compensation

Part-Time Schedule

- Monday to Friday
- 11:00 AM – 4:00 PM EST
- Compensation: USD $550 per month

This position will begin on a part-time schedule, with the opportunity to transition to full-time based on business needs and performance.
