JOB DESCRIPTION: Paid Ads Specialist
Company: Social Sparrow
Status: Meta Advertising Experience Required - Full-Time Employee
Location: Remote
Position Overview
Social Sparrow is seeking a full-time, remote Media Buyer to join our growing team.
In this role, you will be responsible for planning, launching, managing, and optimizing paid advertising campaigns across Meta (Facebook and Instagram) and Google Ads for chiropractic practices throughout the United States.
This is not a client-facing role. Instead, you will serve as the strategic advertising expert behind the scenes, partnering closely with our Client Success and Marketing teams to drive measurable results for the businesses we serve.
Every campaign you manage directly impacts a local business owner's ability to attract new patients, grow revenue, and expand their impact within their community. Success in this role requires a blend of analytical thinking, problem-solving, creativity, and ownership.
We are looking for someone who enjoys diving deep into data, identifying opportunities for improvement, and continuously optimizing performance. The ideal candidate is highly accountable, naturally curious, and energized by solving complex marketing challenges.
This role is idóneo for someone seeking a long-term career opportunity within a fast-growing, technology-driven organization committed to helping people improve their lives through chiropractic care.
Key Responsibilities
Campaign Strategy & Execution
Build, launch, and manage direct-response advertising campaigns across Meta and Google Ads.
Develop campaign strategies aligned with client goals and business objectives.
Manage and optimize advertising budgets to maximize return on investment.
Create audiences, tracking systems, and conversion events to ensure accurate performance measurement.
Performance Optimization
Monitor campaign performance daily and make strategic optimization decisions based on data.
Analyze key performance indicators including:
Cost Per Lead (CPL)
Click-Through Rate (CTR)
Conversion Rate
Cost Per Appointment
Budget pacing and spend efficiency
Test and implement new audiences, creatives, offers, and campaign structures.
Determine when campaigns require optimization versus complete restructuring.
Collaboration & Communication
Partner closely with Client Success Managers to align campaign strategy with client objectives.
Communicate campaign insights, opportunities, risks, and creative needs.
Create and manage internal tasks related to campaign performance and creative development.
Contribute ideas and recommendations that improve campaign outcomes and operational efficiency.
Platform & Account Management
Manage advertising accounts within Meta Ads Manager and Google Ads.
Monitor billing, account health, compliance, and platform best practices.
Utilize GoHighLevel (GHL) and other internal systems to support campaign execution.
Stay current on platform updates, emerging advertising trends, and industry best practices.
What Success Looks Like
The successful candidate will:
Consistently manage multiple client campaigns with accuracy and attention to detail.
Take ownership of campaign performance and proactively identify opportunities for improvement.
Make data-driven decisions that improve lead quality and return on ad spend.
Communicate clearly and collaborate effectively with internal teams.
Embrace continuous learning and stay ahead of changes within the digital advertising landscape.
Ideal Candidate
You may be a strong fit if you:
Enjoy analyzing data and solving complex problems.
Thrive in an environment where performance and results matter.
Take ownership rather than waiting for direction.
Are naturally detail-oriented and process-driven.
Enjoy learning, testing, and improving systems.
View challenges as opportunities to learn and grow.
Social Sparrow Cultural Pillars
1. All Heart, All In
At Social Sparrow, we show up with our whole heart, all in. That means bringing positive energy, full focus, and genuine engagement to our work, our meetings, our clients, and our team. We don’t just punch a clock — we work with all our hearts because what we do matters. We come in with the posture of giving more than we take, looking for ways to serve our teammates and our clients not because we have to, but because that’s who we are.
If bringing this energy is a struggle, we name it and work on it together. (Colossians 3:23)
2. People Before Tasks
Tasks get the job done, but people are what we’re all about. We fight to put the person in front of us — client or teammate — ahead of what we need to get done. The work matters. People matter more. This shows up in small moments: the pause before firing off a sharp message, the call we take when a teammate needs us, the client we don’t rush off the line because their day got hard. People before tasks is the difference between an agency and a team that happens to do great work for people we genuinely love.
3. Courageous Conversations
Courageous conversations are how a healthy team stays healthy. We don’t gossip, drop hints, or carry resentment. When something’s off — with a teammate, a client, a process, or ourselves — we go directly to that person and say the thing: with love, with curiosity, and with the maturity to choose our attitude even when we’re frustrated. We also have the courage to advocate for ourselves when we need help. A healthy team is made of people who own their space and speak up for what matters.
4. Win or Learn
We work hard and we don’t flinch. Diligence is the floor — careful, persistent effort, with our eyes up after the task is done asking, “What else needs to be done? How can I help my team? How can I make this better?” We take initiative and solve problems. And when something doesn’t work — because at some point, something won’t — we own it, ask “What can I learn from this?” and move forward smarter than we were the day before. We never lose. We win, or we learn.
5. Better Together
Nobody on this team has all the answers, and nobody is supposed to. Every person brings something different — a strength, a perspective, an experience — and the magic happens when we put those together. We listen with curiosity, ask questions before assuming, share what we know and ask for what we don’t. We lift each other up and lean on each other when the day gets hard. Better Together isn’t a slogan. It’s the math of how we win.
