Role: Own a fast, friendly onboarding pipeline for new caregivers- heavy on phone outreach, qualification, and end-to-end process management.
You will:
- Call applicants, screen for fit, help with the application process, and set expectations.
- Move candidates through steps (docs, background checks, TB/CPR, references).
- Schedule orientations/training; track completion and follow up.
- Keep CRM spotless and escalate issues quickly.
- Improve SOPs to reduce time-to-start.
You bring:
- 2-3; years in onboarding/HR ops or healthcare admin (home care a plus).
- Client/caregiver support experience; fluent English.
- Extreme attention to detail; strong spreadsheets skills.
