What You’ll Do

- Document patient consultations and procedures live during appointments
- Prepare and review medical charts before and after visits
- Capture accurate patient histories, exam findings, and treatment plans
- Format documentation using SOAP notes and provider-specific templates
- Support follow-ups, orders, and provider-patient communications
- Verify prescriptions and initiate prior authorizations
- Uphold HIPAA compliance and maintain strict confidentiality

What We’re Looking For





- At least 6 months of experience as a medical or dental scribe for a US-based provider
- Graduate of a 4-year allied medical course (RN preferred)
- Typing speed of 60+ WPM
- Strong grasp of medical terminology and documentation standards
- Proficiency with EMR/EHR systems and medical software
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Intermediate skills in Google Workspace and Microsoft Office
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced clinical environment
