About the Role Yumwoof is looking for a detail-oriented and proactive Sales Operations Coordinator to keep our wholesale channel running smoothly as we scale. You'll be the operational backbone of the BD team — managing CRM data, supporting retail onboarding, coordinating across sales and retail marketing, and making sure nothing slips through the cracks. What You'll Own

- CRM maintenance — daily updates with new orders, account changes, and deal progress; keeping data clean and accurate at all times
- Daily collaboration with sales reps and retail marketing — acting as the operational link between the two so information flows and nothing gets dropped
- Second-level customer support — handling retailer queries that escalate beyond first contact, resolving issues promptly and professionally
- Payment tracking — monitoring invoices, flagging overdue accounts, and following up on outstanding payments with finance
- Retailer onboarding — managing documentation and setup coordination for new wholesale accounts




- Sample and follow-up coordination — tracking sample requests across the team so nothing falls through the cracks
- Weekly sales reporting — pulling together key numbers and account updates so the team starts every week with a clear picture
- Project coordination — supporting the BD team on internal projects, keeping timelines, actions, and stakeholders aligned
- Cross-team support — jumping in on initiatives that require coordination with retail marketing, finance, or operations
- Platform upkeep — maintaining accurate product and account information across Faire, RangeMe, and Shopify B2B

What We're Looking For

- 1–3 years in a sales support, operations, or customer success role — B2B or wholesale experience is a strong plus
- Comfortable working inside a CRM day to day — you understand why clean data matters and you take it seriously
- Strong organizational skills — you can manage multiple moving parts across different teams without losing track
- Clear, professional written communication — you'll be the voice of the team in retailer-facing situations
- A natural collaborator who enjoys working closely with sales and retail marketing on a daily basis
- Proactive and self-sufficient — you spot what needs doing and do it without waiting to be asked
- Comfortable working remotely and across time zones with a small, fast-moving team
