About the Role

Twelve months from now, you'll be the person clients trust when they ask "why is my cost per lead going up?" — because you'll already have the answer. You'll have taken over Meta Ads across a growing roster of client accounts, cleaned up broken pixel/conversion setups, and built a repeatable testing process for creative and audiences that consistently beats industry benchmarks in our verticals.

What You'll Do

● Own campaign strategy, setup, and daily optimization across Meta Ads Manager for multiple client accounts

● Diagnose and fix conversion tracking issues (Pixel, CAPI, custom events) before they cost clients money

● Build and run structured A/B tests on creative, copy, and audience targeting

● Translate client offers into high-converting ad hooks, using value-equation thinking rather than generic templates

● Report on performance with clear, client-ready insights — not just dashboards

● Collaborate with our GHL/CRM team to make sure ad spend connects cleanly to booked appointments, not just clicks

What We're Looking For

Required:

● 2+ years managing Meta Ads campaigns (Facebook & Instagram)



with real budget responsibility

● Experience with Meta Pixel, Conversions API, and custom event tracking — you can debug a broken funnel, not just report on one

● Solid grasp of audience segmentation, campaign objectives, and budget optimization

● Comfortable working across multiple client accounts and switching context quickly

● Strong written English communication for client-facing reporting

Preferred (nice to have):

● Experience with home services, med spa/aesthetics, healthcare, or professional services verticals

● Familiarity with GoHighLevel or similar all-in-one CRM/automation platforms

● Working knowledge of Alex Hormozi's Value Equation or direct-response offer frameworks

● Spanish or Portuguese fluency, for campaigns targeting South Florida's diaspora communities

● Meta Blueprint certification
