We are a growing California-based personal injury law firm seeking an experienced Personal Injury Case Manager to join our team remotely. This is a full-time, long-term position for someone with prior experience handling California personal injury cases and working directly with clients, medical providers, and insurance companies.

This role is adecuado for a detail-oriented professional who understands the California PI process and can independently manage cases from intake through settlement.

Responsibilities

- Manage personal injury cases from intake to settlement
- Maintain regular communication with clients via phone, email, and text
- Request, track, and follow up on medical records and bills
- Coordinate medical treatment and monitor gaps in care
- Communicate with insurance adjusters regarding claims and settlements
- Assist with case preparation for demand and resolution
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date case notes and documents
- Track deadlines and ensure files remain organized and compliant
- Work closely with attorneys to move cases efficiently

Qualifications

Required:

- 1+ years of experience as a Personal Injury Case Manager




- Prior experience working with a U.S. law firm
- Strong understanding of California personal injury claims
- Excellent written and spoken English
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills
- Ability to manage a high-volume caseload
- Reliable internet and professional remote work setup
- Availability during California business hours

Preferred:

- Experience with Casepeer or similar PI case management software
- Experience preparing cases for demand or settlement
- Experience handling medical records, billing, and liens
