Before sending the client the documentation:

- Go into the White Label and find the Company ID.
- Inform the client that they must use the Company ID you have provided them as their Unique Identifier (in Step 3 of the AD steps)
- Inform NatHR support of the intent to set up SSO (who should provide a date & time)
- Tell client date and time (should be a ~10 minute process)
