DescriptionCommission Plan Representatives must achieve a minimum of 8 attended appointments in a calendar month to qualify for commission earnings. Commission is paid at $40 per attended appointment once the monthly minimum threshold has been achieved. Representatives who achieve 16 attended appointments in a month will earn an additional $200 performance bonus. Beginning with the 17th attended appointment, representatives will earn $90 per attended appointment ($40 standard commission plus an additional $50 performance bonus for each appointment above 16). Work Environment

- Fully remote position.
- Hours 8:30am to 5:30pm EST
- Employees are required to participate in team communications and meetings through Discord, Microsoft Teams, and/or Zoom.
- Cameras are required during training, company meetings, coaching sessions,



and at management's discretion.
