About the Role

We are looking for a detail-oriented and trustworthy Finance & Accounting Specialist to support our agency's financial operations. Working directly with the CEO, you will help manage day-to-day accounting activities, maintain accurate financial records, and prepare reports that support informed business decisions.

This is a fully remote freelance opportunity where you'll collaborate with an international team, work closely with the CEO, and play an important role in strengthening and organizing our financial processes.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage day-to-day accounting activities, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, invoicing, expense tracking, and reconciliations.
- Prepare financial reports and gather data to support business decisions.
- Maintain accurate financial records and organized documentation.
- Assist with budgeting, cash flow tracking, and other financial operations as needed.
- Work closely with the CEO to support financial planning and improve internal processes.

Requirements

- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in accounting, bookkeeping, or finance.
- Experience using accounting software such as QuickBooks, Xero, or similar platforms.
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel and/or Google Sheets.




- Professional conversational English.
- Strong attention to detail, analytical thinking, organization, integrity, and the ability to manage confidential information.

Pluses (Great to Have)

- Experience in a startup, agency, or professional services environment.
- Familiarity with US accounting practices.
- Experience with budgeting, forecasting, or financial reporting.
