We are seeking a Air Freight Operations Specialist to support end-to-end air freight operations, including imports, exports, customs coordination, and billing. This role ensures compliance, shipment visibility, and high-quality customer service in a fast-paced global environment.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage and coordinate air freight shipments from origin to delivery, ensuring accuracy and compliance
- Monitor shipment progress, resolve operational issues, and maintain data integrity in systems
- Review documentation and support customs clearance and trade compliance processes
- Perform billing activities, validate costs, and resolve discrepancies
- Handle time-critical and perishable shipments, ensuring service reliability
- Provide proactive customer support and collaborate with integral teams and stakeholders

Requirements

- Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Supply Chain, Business, or related field




- 1+ years of experience in air freight, logistics, or freight forwarding
- Knowledge of customs processes and international transportation
- Strong organizational, problem-solving, and customer service skills
- Intermediate English (B1) and ability to work with global teams
- Advanced Excel skills
- Experience with CargoWise or TMS tools is a plus

Benefits

- Non-fixed term contract
- Base salary 3.500.000 COP + full legal benefits
- Fixed schedule: 42 hours/week. Sunday to Thursday (9:00 PM – 7:00 AM) or Tuesday to Saturday (8:00 AM - 6:00 PM)
- Hybrid work model (3 days onsite / 2 days remote)
