Magendzo Law is hiring a bilingual attorney based in Colombia to lead our intake team. This is a full-time, remote role for someone who wants ownership over how we convert inquiries into signed clients, from managing the team fielding those calls to building the systems that track them.

This position is remote in Colombia.

Compensation:

COP $6.5 million monthly

Responsibilities:

- What you'll do
Lead and support the intake team day-to-day, answering their questions on tricky cases and helping them handle objections.

- Serve as the escalation point when a prospective client wants to speak with an attorney before signing, addressing legal questions and closing the sign-up.

- Own intake as a function: build out a full pipeline and reporting structure in Lawmatics, track conversion metrics, and identify where prospects are dropping off.

- Continuously refine intake scripts, workflows, and follow-up processes to improve conversion and client experience.

Qualifications:

- What we're looking for
A licensed attorney (Colombia or U.S. bar)



fluent in both English and Spanish, spoken and written.

- Comfortable being client-facing under pressure.

- Confident fielding legal questions from prospects who are deciding whether to sign.

- Experience managing or mentoring a team, or clear readiness to step into a leadership role. Hands-on experience with a CRM (Lawmatics strongly preferred, or similar legal intake/CRM platforms) and comfortable building reporting from scratch.

- Strong organizational skills and the ability to build processes where needed.
