Job Overview

We are looking for a Behavioral Health Outreach Specialist to join our growing team. As Behavioral Health Outreach Specialist, this opportunity involves developing and executing sales strategies, nurturing client relationships, and educating providers about our resources and services.

Key Responsibilities:

- Serve as the primary point of contact for healthcare providers, ensuring strong communication and support.
- Conduct high-volume outbound outreach (≈95% of the role) to engage prospective clinics, build relationships, and drive partnerships.
- Act as a bridge between business development and clinical teams, ensuring alignment between growth and care delivery.
- Support provider onboarding, training, and ongoing engagement.
- Collaborate with care teams to ensure efficient, high-quality patient care and address any service gaps.
- Track and report on key metrics, including outreach performance, provider engagement, patient satisfaction, and clinical outcomes.
- Partner with BDRs, operations, and IT to improve workflows and support new partnerships.

Qualifications:

- Proven experience in healthcare sales,



preferably in the mental health industry.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
- A deep understanding of mental health services and the ability to communicate the value of our services to clients.
- Results-oriented with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
- Proficiency in using CRM software and sales analytics tools.

Nice to Haves:

- Experience in mental health or women’s healthcare settings.
- Knowledge of telehealth platforms and virtual care coordination.

Compensation & Benefits:

- Compensation Range: USD $8 based on location, experience, qualifications, and applicable federal and state minimum wage requirements.

Interview Process

- HR Screen: The first phase involves an initial screening with HR. During this stage, we will discuss your experience, skills,



and alignment with LunaJoy’s values and culture. This step ensures that you meet the basic qualifications and provides an opportunity for you to learn more about the company and the role.
- Second Phase with Hiring Manager: Candidates who pass the HR screen will move on to an interview with the Hiring Manager. In this phase, we dive deeper into your technical abilities, role-specific competencies, and how you approach challenges. The Hiring Manager will assess your fit within the team and your ability to contribute to LunaJoy’s mission.
- Offer Stage: After the second phase, successful candidates will move to the offer stage. We will present a formal offer that includes compensation, benefits, and any additional details about the role. This is also your opportunity to ask any final questions before making your decision.
- Onboarding & Training: Once the offer is accepted, the onboarding process begins. You will be guided through setting up tools, learning about LunaJoy’s systems and workflows, and engaging in any role-specific training. This phase ensures a smooth transition into your new role, setting you up for success from day one.
