About the Role

We are hiring a Freight Coordinator with a Freight Forwarder background, specializing in on-ground operations. This role involves managing the full shipment lifecycle for e-commerce cargo, from origin to final mile delivery, while ensuring compliance, timeliness, and excellent coordination with key stakeholders.

What You’ll Do

- Plan and coordinate shipments from origin to delivery.

- Ensure full compliance and act as the audit point of contact.

- Manage bookings, bills, tracking, and ground coordination.

- Resolve service issues and maintain proactive communication with partners.

- Collaborate with airline cargo teams, ground handlers, and internal teams.

What You Bring

- 2+ years as a Planner in a Freight Forwarder, focused on on-ground operations.

- Strong knowledge of regulations, cargo processes, and freight forwarding operations.

- Proficiency in TMS platforms and Google Workspace tools.

- Self-driven and capable of working under time-sensitive conditions.

- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent professional experience.
