We’re looking for a Billing Analyst to join our global team and support our finance operations with precision, proactivity, and professionalism.

What You’ll Do:

- Prepare and issue invoices related to air, ocean, and inland freight services.
- Ensure billing aligns with contractual terms, quotes, and service agreements.
- Perform follow-ups with clients to ensure timely payments and resolve billing discrepancies.
- Maintain up-to-date client account statements and track aging reports.
- Review and process supplier invoices related to international freight operations (shipping lines, airlines, truckers, customs brokers, etc.).
- Verify accuracy against purchase orders and service confirmations.
- Coordinate timely payments and maintain vendor relationships.
- Reconcile accounts and investigate variances.
- Work closely with operations and customer service teams to validate service completion and cost accuracy.
- Generate periodic financial and KPI reports for management.




- Maintain digital and physical records in compliance with accounting policies.

Work Structure:

- Monday to Friday (full-time)
- Night shift
- Colombian holidays are regular workdays

- Solid customer service skills
- Familiarity with Microsoft 365 (Excel required)
- Experience with Cargowise One is a plus
