Scheduler – Healthcare JOB TITLE: Scheduler SCHEDULE: Full-time 7am to 5pm or 8am to 6pm. 45 hours a week JOB SUMMARY We are seeking a Junior Scheduler to join our team. This role is idóneo for someone with customer service experience who is eager to learn about the home care and healthcare scheduling process. The Scheduler will support the coordination of client and caregiver schedules, provide responsive customer service, and ensure daily operational efficiency. The ideal candidate has a good command of English, is organized, proactive, and able to follow processes meticulously. They should also demonstrate solid reasoning skills and the ability to resolve routine scheduling issues calmly and professionally. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES Answer client calls with professionalism and assist with scheduling needs. Help coordinate caregiver schedules based on availability and requirements. Communicate in real time with office and field teams. Maintain accurate records in the scheduling system. Build positive relationships with clients and caregivers. Support administrative and operational tasks.



Learn and apply scheduling procedures in the home care and healthcare setting. Follow established workflows and structured processes. Use good judgment and reasoning to resolve basic scheduling conflicts. Contribute to a positive, collaborative team environment. Quick Onboarding into ABS of New Customers coming through Customer Care general Inbox(es) Customer Care scheduling Payroll Billing & Invoicing Audit activities/functions REQUIRED SKILLS & QUALIFICATIONS Some Customer service background Good English communication skills (spoken and written). Strong ability to follow instructions and structured processes. Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail. Tech-savvy and able to learn systems quickly. Strong reasoning and problem-solving abilities. Reliable, positive attitude, and team-oriented. Willingness to learn about the home care and healthcare industry.
