As an OTR Specialist, you will manage and close OTR opportunities by negotiating directly with clients and carriers. This role combines commercial focus, operational execution, and data-driven analysis to drive profitability, strengthen client relationships,
and align with each customer’s commercial strategy.
What You’ll Do as an OTR Specialist:
- Manage and close OTR quotes.
- Negotiate rates with carriers and clients to optimize profit.
- Secure transportation capacity and ensure service compliance.
- Identify growth opportunities and support account strategy.
- Resolve operational issues and maintain strong communication with stakeholders.
What We’re Looking For:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, Logistics, or related field.
- 6+ months of experience in logistics (commercial or operational roles).
