We are looking for a Senior Data Software Engineer to build high-performance big-data applications and cloud-native data pipelines while shaping AI-assisted engineering practices. Responsibilities

- Develop high-performance big-data applications using Databricks, Scala, Spark SQL, Spark Streaming, and Python
- Build and optimize cloud-native data pipelines on Azure, including Azure Data Factory ingestion, transformation, and orchestration
- Design and implement robust APIs and microservices that integrate MarTech systems with client-facing platforms
- Drive AI-assisted engineering practices, including Vibe Coding and other generative-AI development accelerators
- Apply modern design patterns to ensure reliability, maintainability, and scalability across distributed systems
- Build and maintain full-stack applications using modern JavaScript frameworks and backend services
- Collaborate with product, marketing, and data teams to translate business needs into technical solutions

Requirements

- 3+ years of experience in big-data engineering with Databricks, Python, and Scala
- 3+ years of experience building Spark workloads with Spark SQL and Spark Streaming
- Proven team leadership experience in a fast-paced, cross-functional environment
- Strong project ownership skills to translate business needs into technical solutions
- Advanced system design skills with event-driven architectures and distributed design patterns




- Cloud engineering experience with Microsoft Azure services including Azure Data Factory
- Full-stack development experience with modern frontend frameworks such as React, Angular, or Vue
- Backend engineering experience with Node.js, Python, or Java services
- API design expertise with RESTful and GraphQL interfaces
- CI/CD pipeline experience supporting full-stack deployments
- Experience with AI-augmented development practices such as Vibe Coding or comparable frameworks
- Strong communication skills to align stakeholders and explain technical trade-offs
- English proficiency at B2 Upper-Intermediate level

- Apache Spark expertise beyond core workloads
- Azure Data Factory advanced orchestration and monitoring skills
- Java backend development experience
