We are seeking an experienced Manager to lead accounting operations and ensure the accurate preparation, review, and reporting of financial statements in compliance with local regulations, international standards, and SOX requirements. This role combines people leadership, client management, operational excellence, and strategic oversight, driving continuous improvement, automation, and process standardization across accounting activities.

Key Responsibilities

- Lead and develop accounting teams, ensuring high-quality service delivery and compliance with established SLAs.
- Oversee month-end and year-end close activities, financial reporting, and regulatory compliance.
- Partner with multinational clients and internal stakeholders to address business needs, resolve complex accounting issues, and manage financial risks.
- Drive process optimization, automation initiatives, and implementation of accounting best practices.
- Monitor operational performance, project finances, and team productivity to achieve business and client objectives.
- Identify risks,



implement mitigation plans, and ensure compliance with internal controls and governance requirements.
- Foster a collaborative, high-performance culture focused on innovation, continuous improvement, and talent development.
- Participate in strategic discussions with senior leadership and clients to align priorities and deliver business value.

Requirements

- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
- 10+ years of experience in Accounting, RTR, Financial Reporting, or Shared Services operations.
- Strong knowledge of GAAP, SOX, financial controls, compliance, and process improvement.
- Experience with SAP ERP and multiple SAP modules.
- Proven experience leading large teams (+100 resources) and managing complex global operations.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, decision-making, and stakeholder management skills.
- Experience interacting with senior leadership and multinational clients.
- Ability to work independently, drive strategic initiatives, and lead organizational change.
- Advanced English proficiency required; additional language requirements may vary by client.
- Flexibility to support client holidays, extended hours, on-call activities, and occasional international travel.
