About the Role:
As a Legal Intake Specialist, you’ll be the first point of contact for potential clients, ensuring their needs are addressed with professionalism and care. Using your bilingual expertise in English and Spanish, you’ll guide clients through the intake process and play a pivotal role in growing our legal services.
Responsibilities:
- Engage with potential clients via inbound and outbound calls, gathering crucial case details in English and Spanish.
- Leverage sales expertise to highlight the value of our services and onboard clients smoothly.
- Clearly explain our firm’s processes and legal services with empathy and accuracy.
- Maintain confidentiality while recording client details in our system.
What We’re Looking For:
- Bilingual Proficiency: Fluent in both spoken and written English and Spanish.
- Experience:
- 1+ year in the legal industry (US law firm experience preferred).
- Prior intake or sales experience.
- Experience in either Lemon Law, Personal Injury or Employment Law is a plus!
- Skills:
- Strong attention to detail and ability to prioritize in a fast-paced environment.
- Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills.
- Positive attitude and team-player mindset.
Technical Requirements:
- Personal Computer running on Windows 10/11 or MacOS
- Dual monitors for increased productivity
- Hardwired connection from the computer to the modem (Must be Ethernet, NO WIFI)
- Noise cancellation USB headset with microphone (Bluetooth, wireless or 3.5mm will NOT WORK)
- Internet speeds of 25mbps download and 10mbps upload or higher is required
