We Are Hiring | Dynamics 365 Technical Consultant

We are looking for an experienced Dynamics 365 Technical Consultant to join a growing team delivering enterprise CRM transformation projects using Microsoft Dynamics 365 Customer Engagement and Power Platform.

This role combines hands-on development, solution design, and integration work within complex business environments. If you enjoy building scalable CRM solutions and working with cutting-edge Microsoft technologies, we'd love to hear from you.

Key Responsibilities:

- Design and implement solutions within Dynamics 365 Customer Engagement
- Work across modules including:

- Sales

- Customer Service

- Customer Insights

- Field Service

- Develop and extend Dataverse solutions through:

- Plugins (C#)

- Custom APIs / Custom Actions

- JavaScript / Web Resources

- Design data models, relationships, and security structures within Dataverse
- Configure and customize Dynamics 365 applications
- Implement security models (roles, teams, business units)
- Integrate Dynamics 365 with APIs, Azure services, and enterprise platforms
- Participate in technical analysis, architecture design, testing, deployment, and support activities
- Collaborate closely with functional consultants and client stakeholders

Required Experience:





- 5+ years of experience with Dynamics 365 and Power Platform
- Strong expertise in Dynamics 365 Customer Engagement modules:

- Sales

- Customer Service

- Customer Insights

- Field Service

- Deep understanding of Dataverse:

- Data Modeling

- Security Model

- Extensibility

- Strong development experience with:

- C# / .NET

- Plugin Development

- JavaScript

- Experience integrating with APIs, Web Services, and Azure-based solutions

Nice to Have:

- Power Apps (Model-Driven Apps)
- Power Automate
- ALM practices (Solutions, Pipelines, Environments)
- Azure Functions and App Services
- CRM architecture patterns
- Experience in multi-country or complex enterprise projects

Working Conditions:

- Fluent Spanish
- English B2 minimum (C1 preferred)
- Candidates can be based outside Spain
- Availability to work during standard Spain business hours

Rate: €15–€20/hour
