Logistics Distribution Support Specialist

Location: Barranquilla, Colombia
Schedule: On site - Monday to Friday | 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM (Colombia Time)

Are you passionate about logistics, customer service, and supply chain operations? We are looking for a Distribution Support Specialist to join our team and play a key role in ensuring seamless distribution processes and exceptional customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage customer inquiries, requests, and complaints, ensuring timely and effective resolution.
- Maintain and administer customer inventory records within company systems.
- Process customer orders and generate Load Release documentation to support distribution operations.
- Keep operational systems updated with accurate and relevant information related to daily activities.
- Prepare and process billing for operational and logistics-related charges.
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure efficient order fulfillment and customer service.

Requirements

- Technical Degree, Technologist Degree, or Bachelor's Degree in Logistics, Business Administration, Industrial Engineering,



Supply Chain, or related fields.
- Experience supporting distribution, logistics, warehousing, transportation, or supply chain operations.
- Solid Englis level
- Experience managing customer orders, inventory control, and operational documentation.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Proficiency in ERP systems, inventory management platforms, or logistics software is a plus.
- Customer-oriented mindset with excellent communication skills.
