Job Duties & Responsibilities

- Take end-to-end ownership of projects, working closely with operational teams from requirements definition to delivery.
- Drive and contribute to data governance frameworks and best practices.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, acting as a key point of contact between business and client’s technical stakeholders.
- Design, build, and optimize data workflows and orchestration pipelines using Prefect and Airflow.
- Lead automation initiatives, including RPA solutions with Python and Selenium.
- Identify opportunities to leverage AI and intelligent automation in business processes.
- Mentor junior team members and help define standards, best practices, and scalable solutions.

Knowledge & Qualifications

- Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field (preferred)
- Strong knowledge of Trino, SQL, and Python
- 5+ years of experience in data, business analysis, or related roles
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
- Ability to detect, analyze, and solve complex problems end-to-end
- Team-oriented mindset with experience mentoring others
- Fluent English is a must
- Hands-on experience or strong interest in automation, AI, and process optimization
- Proactive mindset focused on continuous improvement and innovation
