Position Overview

Crystal Law is seeking a confident and motivated Sales Opener to join our business debt resolution team.

The Sales Opener will speak with business owners experiencing financial pressure from merchant cash advances, daily or weekly withdrawals, multiple positions, frozen accounts, lawsuits, or declining cash flow.

The primary responsibility is to answer calls, ask qualification questions, gather the necessary information, and transfer qualified prospects to a Senior Debt Consultant or Closer.

Responsibilities

Answer inbound calls and contact assigned leads

Ask qualification questions and identify the client’s financial hardship

Gather information regarding MCA balances, payment amounts, business revenue, and active positions

Determine whether the prospect meets company qualification requirements

Create urgency without making guarantees or providing legal advice





Transfer qualified prospects directly to a closer

Follow up with prospects by phone, text, and email when necessary

Required Qualifications

Strong spoken and written English

Clear and professional phone communication

Confidence speaking with business owners

Ability to control the conversation

Strong listening and qualification skills

Reliable, organized, and results driven

Sales, telemarketing, call center, financial services, MCA, or debt resolution experience is preferred

Ability to work in a fast paced and performance driven environment

Preferred Qualifications

Experience qualifying leads and transferring calls to closers

Maintain a high daily call volume

Transfer qualified prospects to closers

Meet weekly and monthly performance goals

Schedule

Monday through Friday 9:00-6:00pm
