As a Litigation Assistant, you’ll play a crucial role in supporting our legal team. Responsibilities:
- Document Management: Assist attorneys in drafting, reviewing, and organizing legal documents. Maintain case files, ensuring all relevant materials are up-to-date.
- Calendar Management: Monitor deadlines, hearings,
and trial dates. Coordinate schedules for attorneys and clients.
- Client Communication: Communicate with clients, witnesses, and other parties. Provide updates on case progress.
- Research and Analysis: Conduct legal research to support case strategies. Summarize findings for attorneys.
- Administrative Support: Handle phone calls, emails, and correspondence. Prepare materials for court proceedings.
Qualifications:
- 1+ year of legal experience as a Legal Assistant.
- English advanced C1/C2 (Mandatory).
- Familiarity with civil litigation processes.
- Strong organizational and communication skills.
- Bachelor’s Degree in Law, completed or in process is a plus.

- Working hours: Monday to Friday 8:30am - 5:30pm PST (1-hour lunch)
