Technical Skills:

- Minimum 6 months of experience in denials,appeals and availity

Schedule: Full time, Monday to Friday 8:00am - 5:00pm CST

Location: On site (Chico norte) - Bogotá

Contract: Indefinite

Salary: 3'800.000 cop

Key Responsabilities

- Serve as the primary point of contact for new and existing clients, building strong relationships and ensuring a seamless onboarding and service experience.
- Coordinate client services across departments, matching client needs with appropriate clinicians and resources while managing schedules and authorizations.
- Manage and grow referral relationships, monitoring referral flow and collaborating with partners to support client acquisition and retention.




- Monitor service utilization and client satisfaction, proactively addressing issues, improving retention, and ensuring compliance with authorization requirements.
- Track, analyze, and report client engagement and service trends to leadership, supporting operational efficiency and strategic decision‑making.
