The Cintron Firm, LLC, a New Jersey law firm, is seeking a full-time remote attorney licensed in Colombia to assist with litigation support and client communications.

This is a long-term position working directly with the owner of the firm and supporting civil litigation matters in the United States.

Responsibilities

- Draft pleadings, discovery requests, discovery responses, and routine motions.
- Draft client letters and emails.
- Communicate with clients by telephone, email, and Zoom.
- Review and organize case files and client documents.
- Prepare exhibits and litigation materials.
- Assist with case management and deadline tracking.
- Perform other litigation support tasks as assigned.

Requirements

- Licensed attorney in Colombia.
- 1-3 years of legal experience preferred.




- Excellent written and spoken English.
- Strong drafting and organizational skills.
- Available during Eastern Time business hours.
- Reliable internet connection and quiet workspace.

Compensation

- $1,200-$1,500 USD per month, based on experience and English proficiency.
- Performance bonuses available.
