Responsibilities

- Greet prospective clients warmly via phone and in person, establishing a positive first impression.
- Answering questions with professionalism and confidence.
- Collect and verify necessary documentation, including accident reports, medical records, and insurance details.
- Enter client data accurately into case management system. Ensuring confidentiality at all times.
- Coordinate with attorneys and support staff to facilitate seamless case intake processes.
- Maintain organized records of all client interactions, follow-ups,



and documentation to ensure compliance and efficiency.

Requirements

- Proven experience in legal support roles or administrative positions within law firms or legal environments.
- Familiarity with personal injury law and related legal procedures.
- Strong interviewing skills with the ability to handle sensitive situations empathetically.
- Excellent organizational skills with keen attention to detail for data entry, document review, and filing.
- Exceptional communication skills, including phone etiquette and client interaction capabilities.
- Ability to handle confidential information discreetly while managing multiple priorities efficiently.
- Knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel) and document management systems for effective administrative support.

Bilingual-English/Spanish-Fluent!
