About the Role

We are looking for a motivated and organized Recruiter to join our growing recruiting team. In this role, you will recruit CDL Class A drivers for local, regional, dedicated, port, and OTR opportunities across the United States.

This position is idóneo for someone who enjoys building relationships, working in a fast-paced environment, and managing candidates throughout the recruiting process—from initial application to placement.

Key Responsibilities

- Source qualified CDL Class A drivers using job boards, referrals, social media, and other recruiting tools.
- Conduct phone screenings and evaluate candidates' qualifications and driving experience.
- Explain job opportunities, schedules, compensation, and client expectations.
- Coordinate interviews and maintain communication throughout the hiring process.
- Review candidate qualifications and assist with onboarding requirements.
- Maintain accurate candidate records in the Applicant Tracking System (ATS).
- Collaborate with Compliance, Operations, and Sales teams to move candidates efficiently through the hiring process.
- Meet weekly recruiting and placement goals.

Qualifications

- 1+ year of recruiting experience in a staffing agency or recruiting environment.
- Experience recruiting CDL Class A drivers is highly preferred.




- Strong English communication skills (written and verbal).
- Excellent organizational and follow-up skills.
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced, goal-oriented environment.
- Proficient with Microsoft Office and Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS).
- Self-motivated with the ability to manage multiple openings simultaneously.
