Title: Associate Construction Project Manager.

What you’ll do

- Lead construction administration for a GC: manage RFIs, submittals, budgets, schedules, subcontractor communications, and meeting agendas/minutes.

- Maintain accurate logs (RFI/Submittal), track due dates, and drive timely responses.

- Support 3D modeling tasks to aid coordination and documentation.

- Operate within Procore and Bluebeam to enforce document control and markups.

- Prepare agendas, capture minutes,



and follow up on action items with stakeholders.

Role requirements

- 3–5+ years in construction administration with a GC or CM, or architectural background focused on CA. (Architectural track welcomed.)

- Hands-on expertise with RFIs and Submittals (creating logs, routing, closing).

- Proficiency in Procore and Bluebeam ; comfort with 3D modeling workflows.

- Scheduling and cost tracking literacy (can read and update schedules and budget trackers).

- Strong written/spoken English; able to run vendor/subcontractor communication and meetings.

Compensation & Benefits

- Compensation: USD $2,000–$3,000 per month (full-time contract).
