Position Details:

Key Responsibilities:

- Driver dispatch: Coordinate local port drivers and monitor long-haul drivers with port credentials.
- Customer updates: Send daily updates with screenshots of empty returns and port status.
- Export management: Check long-haul exports, record them in Excel, and complete reports.
- Appointment scheduling: Manage Termpoint appointments and ensure all moves are scheduled.
- Reporting: Conduct yard checks, prepare Trac Reports, and support payroll tasks.
- Communication: Call terminals, shipping lines, drivers,



and customers to troubleshoot and schedule deliveries.

Qualifications:

- At least 6 months of experience as a Dispatcher or in logistics operations.
- Previous experience in U.S. logistics operations is required.
- English level B2+.
- Comfortable communicating with terminals, shipping lines, drivers, and customers.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
- Eager to learn and adapt to operational needs.
