This is a full-time, paid internship based in Colombia with Dev Centre House .

You will gain hands-on experience supporting marketing campaigns, managing social media channels, assisting with client communications, conducting basic market research, and maintaining CRM records. You will also collaborate with internal teams to execute campaigns, monitor performance, and contribute creative ideas that support business growth.

Qualifications

- Recent graduates, students, and entry-level candidates are strongly encouraged to apply
- No previous professional experience required
- Fluent Spanish and a good level of written and spoken English
- Strong willingness to learn and build a career in business, marketing, or technology
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Basic interest in social media, marketing, branding, or client communication




- Creative mindset and curiosity about content creation
- Comfortable using the internet for research and learning new digital tools
- Positive attitude, proactive mindset, and willingness to collaborate with a team
- Tech-savvy and open to learning AI tools, CRM systems, and digital platforms
- Experience in hospitality, retail, customer service, sales, administration, or volunteering is a plus, but not required
- Based in Colombia and eligible to participate in a full-time internship
