Technical & Professional Requirements

- Prior Experience: Proven professional video editing experience is mandatory (specifically in real estate or architectural media).
- Communication: Great English communication skills (verbal and written) are a must for collaborating with our general team.




- You must be able to sync your schedule with our US-based leadership and clients. PST
- Hardware: You must own and utilize a MacBook for all production tasks.
- Software Mastery: This role operates on a Final Cut Pro (FCP) workflow. While we value editors with a diverse toolkit (such as Premiere or Resolve), proficiency in Final Cut Pro is mandatory. FCP must be listed among your skills; applications that omit it will be automatically rejected.

Key Responsibilities

- Deliver polished property walkthroughs with a focus on luxury pacing.
- Execute professional color grading and sound design for premium listings.
- Maintain 100% on-time delivery within our global production pipeline.
