Senior Tax Accountant (Remote – Philippines)

Schedule: Monday to Friday, 6:30 AM – 2:30 PM (Philippine time)

About the Role

As a Senior Tax Accountant, you’ll play a key role in ensuring accurate bookkeeping, preparing and reviewing U.S. tax returns, and guiding junior team members. This is a chance to work with a dynamic, integral team while enjoying the flexibility of remote work.

What You’ll Do

- Lead day-to-day bookkeeping: transaction coding, reconciliations, and cleanup projects
- Own month-end close and maintain accurate financial records
- Prepare and review U.S. individual and business tax returns
- Review team-prepared returns, providing clear feedback and coaching




- Identify discrepancies, risks, and tax planning opportunities
- Collaborate with the team to resolve tax and bookkeeping questions efficiently
- Support workflow tracking and process improvements

What We’re Looking For

- 1 -3 years of U.S. tax and bookkeeping experience
- Strong knowledge of business returns and review processes
- Familiarity with QuickBooks Online preferred
- Detail-oriented, proactive, and able to deliver on time
